Accessibility

Statement updated: July 2026

Cluvay is built to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on keyboards, screen readers, or other assistive technology. This page describes the standard we work to, what it covers, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

1. Our Commitment

We want every visitor to be able to complete an assessment, read their results, use our calculators, and manage an account without barriers. Accessibility is treated as part of how we build, not an add-on, and we review new features against the standard below before they ship.

2. The Standard We Work To

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We are actively working toward full conformance across all of our experiences and audit our surfaces on an ongoing basis. If you encounter something that does not meet this standard, we want to hear about it.

3. What This Covers

This statement covers the Cluvay experiences we build and operate: the pages on cluvay.com, the buyer and seller assessments, results and follow-up experiences, our calculators, the Cluvay assessment widget when embedded on a professional’s website, and the agent and partner portals.

When the Cluvay widget appears on a website operated by a real estate professional or another third party, this statement applies to the Cluvay content inside the widget. The surrounding website is operated by its owner, and its accessibility is their responsibility.

4. Measures We Take

  • Assessment answers and navigation use real, keyboard-operable controls, so the full experience can be completed without a mouse.
  • Form fields carry accessible names and visible focus indicators, and error messages are announced to assistive technology.
  • Text and interface colors are checked for sufficient contrast against our backgrounds.
  • Charts and score visuals are accompanied by text that conveys the same information.
  • Animations respect your device’s reduced motion setting where offered.
  • Our bot-protection uses an accessible verification service rather than visual puzzles, so completing an assessment never depends on solving an image challenge.

5. Third-Party Content

Some parts of the experience rely on third-party services, such as security verification. We choose vendors that publish their own accessibility support, but we do not control their code. If a third-party element blocks you, contact us and we will help you complete what you were trying to do.

6. Known Limitations and Ongoing Work

We are continuously improving how dynamic content — such as moving between assessment steps — is announced to screen readers, and we re-test our experiences as they evolve. Issues we identify or that are reported to us are tracked and prioritized like any other product defect.

7. Feedback and Contact

If you have difficulty using any part of Cluvay, or you would like your results or other content in an alternative format, email us at support@cluvay.com with the subject line “Accessibility.” Please describe what you were trying to do and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if any. We respond to accessibility reports within a few business days.
